From Order to Shipping

All orders are shipped directly from Japan to the address you specify.
It usually takes about 2-5 business days to ship your order.
During busy periods, etc., it may take longer than usual for your order to be shipped.

Japan Post's EMS is used as the shipping method.
You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number after shipment has been completed.
Please note that it is not possible to specify a delivery date and time.

Customs Duties and Consumption Taxes

Customs duties and other taxes are set by the customs authorities of the country or region where the goods were purchased and are based on the country of manufacture of the goods. The amount of customs duty is determined by the classification of the goods.
The amount paid at the time of purchase in this store does not include customs duties or other taxes. Customs duties may be incurred at the time of delivery.

After Delivery

Please check the size by trying the shoes on indoors first.
Please note that returns are not accepted for shoes that have wrinkles, scratches or stains caused while trying them on.
In addition, returns are only accepted if your purchase was from this site.
If your purchase was from any other site, returns cannot be accepted.
