SHIPPING
Shipping charges are included in the item price of shoe products. International shipments are sent via EMS.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you ordered the wrong size or have other problems, you may return your order at any time as long as the following conditions are met. Please note that exchanges are not accepted for international orders. If you would like an exchange, please return your order and place a new order for the item(s) you want.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of shipping. Please return the item within 7 days of receiving the return information.
Only unused items will be accepted. We do not accept returns if the items show signs of having been worn outdoors, or have wrinkles, scratches, or stains caused by the customer.
Please return the box, inner paper, tags, and other contents in the same condition as they were received and put them in the cardboard box that the item was in.

NOTE: All costs associated with returning international orders are the responsibility of the customer. To avoid additional taxes and customs duties, please clearly indicate on the commercial invoice that it is a return.
We try to be as fair and accommodating as possible, but reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Refunds take approximately 10-15 business days to process. In addition, depending on your credit card, it may take 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. Refunds are subject to a handling and restocking fee of ¥2,000. Items purchased online cannot be picked up at or returned to the store. The same applies vice versa.
The recommended size shown on Snapfeet is only an estimate. Even if the item is returned because the size does not fit after actually wearing it, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customs duties and other taxes are set by the customs authorities of the country or region where the goods were purchased and are based on the country of manufacture of the goods. The amount of customs duty is determined by the classification of the goods. The amount paid at the time of purchase in this store does not include customs duties or other taxes. Customs duties may be incurred at the time of delivery. Please contact the relevant tax authorities in your country for more information.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your items arrive to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately we can't change/adjust an order after it's placed due to this reason.

WHAT IF I REFUSE MY ORDER?
In the case of orders where the item was refused to be received, delivery failed, or items were not received in time, items will be returned. In such cases, you will be charged for all costs incurred in shipping items both ways, including return shipping costs, customs duties, and sales tax.
RISK OF LOSS
All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, SPINGLE COMPANY, Inc. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when SPINGLE COMPANY, Inc. delivers these items to the carrier.
