■ Regarding product shipping
Orders placed by 10am on Friday, August 9th will be shipped on Friday, August 9th .
Orders placed after 10am on Friday, August 9th will be shipped sequentially starting from Friday, August 16th .
■ Regarding inquiries
For inquiries received after 6:00 p.m. on Friday, August 9th , we will respond in order starting from Monday, August 19th .
Please note that due to the volume of orders and inquiries received after holidays, it may take longer than usual to deliver your ordered items and respond to your inquiries.
